In visiting my website you are probably considering how counselling might be able to help you or, more specifically, how I can help you.

At various stages in our lives there are times when we struggle to make sense of things and feel overwhelmed, whether in our relationships or working lives, due to bereavement or any major life change. To seek help requires a leap of faith, and I never underestimate the courage it can take to make that leap.

My intention in a counselling relationship is to provide a warm, empathic environment within which we can establish a safe space to explore the issues that are preventing you from leading a more fulfilling life.

I bring to my work a great deal of life experience and seek to meet my clients with warmth and compassion borne out of my own extensive therapeutic experience, working from my peaceful and confidential rooms in the Birmingham and Stourbridge area.

As a qualified counsellor, my orientation is predominantly person-centred, and I offer my clients the opportunity to experience a relationship which provides support and encouragement as together we explore ways to facilitate psychological health and growth.
